Extended due to success: Future-proof Living Loan for Homeowners' Associations

Summary

The municipality of Arnhem is extending the Future-proof Housing Loan scheme for Homeowners' Associations (VvE’s) to support sustainability investments. Almost 200 VvE’s are currently utilizing this loan for energy-efficient upgrades, such as insulation and heat pumps.
